PDCR is a valuable community resource for families, schools, and local organizations in Santa Cruz County, Monterey County, and throughout the Central Coast. When you support PDCR, you are part of a movement raising generations of children with respect, integrity, and purpose. The young people of today are already taking leadership roles in our communities, so it’s critical we provide them and their families with the fundamental skills they need to thrive and contribute.

Ways to Give
1. Give online: your dollars help to make PDCR’s work possible!
Your tax-deductible gift provides the following:

$25 provides class materials
-
$50 provides PD Tip Sheets to families, schools, and medical offices
-
$80 provides a class series scholarship to a parent in financial need
-
$100 provides childcare for a parenting class series
-
$375 trains a new PD parent educator to help transform families

2. Shop and support PDCR
If you’re already online shopping with Amazon or Escrip, you can choose PDCR as your beneficiary. We get a small percentage of the donation with no additional charges to you!
3. Volunteer
Volunteers are key to PDCR’s success! We need good folks for Board membership, office support, tabling at events, and attending community meetings. We also have several Teams that support our ongoing work if you have a specific interest:

Program- Parenting classes/workshops, classrooms/schools, parenting in recovery, restorative justice, and coaching

Fund Development - Community events, grant writing, donor appeals

Public Relations - Marketing, website, and publicity

Research - Ongoing evaluation and data collection to measure and ensure effectiveness, and to inform research design.
